The space Welcome to Saint Mathéo, a beautifully renovated vacation home. It sleeps up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The three bedrooms include a master king suite with private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds. Outdoor deck in the large backyard offers a seating area, and a grill. All guests have access to washer and dryer located in an indoor laundry room. 15 minute drive to Jensen Beach/ Hutchinson Island. 10 minute drive to PGA Golf Club at PGA Village. 10 minute drive to the New York Mets spring training. 45 minute drive to West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Other things to note We do not allow any 3rd party services or experiences. Our hot tub is NOT operational due to unfortunate guest damages. We have security cameras, overlooking our driveway, back patio including the pool, and door bell. Absolutely NO parties. Please inform us if you are having visitors. Having many visitors without prior authorization prior would be considered as hosting an unauthorized party, we will ask you to vacate the property immediately and Airbnb will be involved. No refunds will be issued. Do not alter exterior security cameras or sync module inside the home. We clearly indicate our exterior security cameras on our Airbnb listing. Any altercation of our security cameras will result in involving Airbnb for guests to immediately vacate the premises. Booking our place will be considered as agreement on following all house rules, no exceptions unless agreed upon with the host.
