Professional design in 1900s Villa near downtown

If you love design, this is the place for you! Our historic house, the "Stadtvilla", was built in 1902. We live on the lower floors of the Stadtvilla and your apartment is on the upper floor, which we recently renovated. My wife is a professional designer and this space is guaranteed to inspire you. You may recognize some of the furniture and appliances, but you will be amazed to see how they have been incorporated into a creative overall design that is both sophisticated and inviting. The space The 70 sq. m (750 sq. ft) unit has 3.5 meter / 11.5 feet high ceilings, full timber floorboards and double windows, all of which are typical architectural characteristics of the turn-of-the-century period when the house was built. We can accommodate up to 5 people at a time, sleeping in up to 3 different beds: a double bed and a double pull-out couch in the sleeping/living room that can each sleep 2 people, and a "chaise longue" in the kitchen that can comfortably sleep 1 additional person. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, wine glasses and seating for up to 6 people. The bathroom is large, with both a bathtub and shower, and our heating system can accommodate many guests showering one after the other - ideal if your group is attending a wedding or party. We will provide you with both fresh towels and locally-handcrafted shampoo and soap. If you're planning on working during your stay, we have you covered! We have the fastest available fiberglass Internet connection, and our kitchen area has a large table and sturdy chairs that will allow you to work in comfort for long stretches at a time. Other things to note The Stadtvilla is powered by 100% clean electricity, and its heating was recently upgraded to a high-efficiency system with completely renewable inputs (solar heating + wood pellet boiler).
