Spacious apartment located in the heart of Florence on Via De Neri, close to the Uffizi Museum, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santa Croce. The property is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and a 15-20-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. All major attractions are within walking distance as well as many shops, restaurants and bars. The space The apartment is very large and consists of: a bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 other single beds, 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a large living room with a dining table and a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, etc.). Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is located on the third floor and is very close to many museums, shops, restaurants and clubs that will allow you to discover the city. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Our apartment is located in the center of Florence, which is closed to car traffic during the day (7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and in summer also at night (10:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.). The area is known as the ZTL, which means it is a traffic-restricted zone. This is always indicated by a red or green light when entering the city center (green means you can enter and red means you can't unless you have a permit). There are video surveillance cameras shortly after they take photos of license plates that are then checked on a "white" list to see if the license comes out on their database as having a valid permit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and DO NOT ENTER WITH THE CAR DURING THE PROHIBITED HOURS. If you arrive by car, we recommend that you park your car outside the city center, or book a private parking space in the city center in advance. They will only allow your license plate to enter the center to park there. Please contact us a few days in advance if you need tips on private parking in the city center or outside. Our apartment is very central, so you won't need a car to visit everything in the city: you can easily walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor, so there are some steps to climb because, like most apartments in the center, there is no elevator. Other things to note The apartment will be completely cleaned and sanitized before each stay. The apartment is family-run, my son or his partner will personally welcome you. You can message me anytime, and we'll always be nearby for anything. A photo ID must always be presented at check-in (passport if possible). Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out time is until 10 a.m. Please let us know a couple of days in advance of your arrival time.
