Rödmyrahuset - A place you want to return to!

Welcome to a spacious and well equipped villa. Walking distance to the hill, ICA, train station etc. There are comfortable beds, hot tub, nice espresso machine, large TV with game console, board games and etc. You also do not have to bring bedding, paddle rack, rack and tools for bicycle mechanic and much more that can be thought of for both active vacation and relaxation. The space The house is newly built in early 2023 and has a spacious hallway, a modern kitchen with open plan to the dining room and living room with fireplace (We offer a wood basket with birch wood. More birch wood is paid for by the guests). The kitchen is equipped with carefully selected household appliances like a built-in grinder coffee maker, espresso machine, waffle iron, mixer, SodaStream, and you name it. With us there is Wifi, a smart TV, game console and a Hi-Fi wireless speaker. There is a larger bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 180cm and a smaller bedroom with two single beds of 105cm each. Each bedroom has a medium soft bed and a hard bed so everyone can find their own sleeping comfort. Top quality down pillows and down comforter. In case of allergies, there is equally fine fiber duvet and pillow. All to be able to offer the best possible comfort for our guests. Modern bathroom with a shower. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and eco drying cabinet. Ski storage outside grovéntren. The patio is facing the mountain with no public view. Sauna and hot tub are meant to be used by the guests all year round. There is a small vessel with wheels that can be used to transport ski equipment to and from the ski slope. Read the full description at the bottom before you book! Towels and bed linen are already in place and can be used at no extra charge. There is a Type2 socket Easee outlet available on the driveway that can be used to charge the electric car. NOTE: No car charging via regular power outlets. We offer 50kWh when you charge the car corresponding to a full charge on the standard electric car. In addition to this, guests must pay for the charging (SEK 3 per Kwh). The house is equipped with modern technology for smart homes and given the environment and energy. Do not disturb the bees that live in a beehive higher up in the garden up towards the forest. Guest access The entire lower floor of the house. The upper floor is not furnished this season and is therefore closed. Other things to note BEFORE BOOKING The guest booking Rödmyrahuset must be at least 29 years old and must be present throughout the stay. Maximum number of guests is 4 including infants. We only rent to families and couples! No Workers! By booking Rödmyrahuset, you accept the terms described in the listing, follow the rules according to the house manual and receive instructions from the host. - All smoking is totally prohibited both inside the house and outside on the property. If the guest or someone in their company smokes, we ask that you book a different place. (The cleaning cost is SEK 50,000.) - Pets are not allowed. - No shoes or slippers indoors. - The guest is responsible for any damages that occur to the accommodation and its equipment during the stay as well as littering, carelessness and negligence. Therefore, always read the house manual before use! - The guest must take good care of the house and follow the instructions in the house manual.
