Kitchen equipped with new double wall oven, gas cooktop with griddle, fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, bread toaster. There are three large smart tv's in the house. One 65' 4k TV in living area; one 60' 4k TV in playroom and one 55' TV in master bedroom. We have Prime video or you can use your own logins. Just minutes to Fairway Plaza where you can find multiples stores, restaurants and beauty salons. To the airports: 9 minutes to Ellington Airport, 16 minutes to Hobby Airport 20 minutes to NASA’s Space Center Houston, 20 minutes to Armand Bayou Nature Center 18 minutes to Medical Center Blvd in Webster City For shopping: 15 minutes to Baybrook Mall, 10 minutes to Pasadena Town Square 25 minutes to Downtown Houston where you can find all interesting places nearby such as Houston Zoo, Museums, etc. To the beach parks: 20 minutes to Sylvan Beach Park, 25 minutes to Kemah Boardwalk and 45 minutes to Galveston ***This is non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Please pick up your pet's waste. Self check-in with smart lock. Check-in 3:00PM, check-out 11:00AM. Guest access You have access to entire house and backyard. Only garage is not accessible. Other things to note The house will be deep clean after each check out. Sanitary is our priority.
