The space This is for easy-going people who don't take the host as a personal servant. I prefer guests to find the address on their own. It's easy to find thanks to the ideal location of the house. I will send you transportation instructions, and I will always be home during check-in hours to welcome you with pleasure. Dormitory space closed by beautiful screens. The house is in a quiet and safe residential area, but it is close to supermarkets, shops and transport. Approximately 30 minutes from CDG Airport by car. About 10 minutes' walk to RER A "Noisy-Champs" station, where you can go to central Paris ("Châtelet les Halles") in about 20 minutes. Disney and "Val d'Europe" in about 30 minutes by RER A. Close to the campus of "Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (Gustave Eiffel University)", "Cité Descartes" (Centrex, ESIEE Paris, ENPC, ENSG, ESIPE, IMAC, CEREA etc.) There is a security camera in the lobby that monitors the identity of tenants. Guest access You have access to the bedroom, shower room and toilet, and the front yard. Access to the kitchen is free. The dining table, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included) are free to use. The oven is 1 euro per use. The stove is 2 euros per use per person. Each use is limited to 1 hour. Supplements are paid through the Airbnb platform. Fridge, Kettle, Cutlery, Glasses, Cups, Plates, Bowls are free to use. Smoking is not allowed inside, only in the front yard. A small bucket is provided for cigarette butts. The car can be parked in front of the gate of the house or in the residential area which is quite safe. Laundry service is 5 euros per use (with limited amount of laundry for one time). Other things to note To properly ventilate the room, the door and windows must be open for at least 2 hours each day (from about 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.). The heating temperature is adjusted by me. Since it's a big house, I can't make it too hot in the house all the time. Not suitable for people who are very sensitive to the cold. The blankets are really thick. Normally it's fine.
