The spacious porch is the perfect place to relax outside with your favorite meal or beverage. Fresh linens and toiletries provided for you! Kitchen stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals. This ground unit is a spacious studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping space features both a twin and a queen bed along with a 43” Roku TV and free wifi. There is a dining table set up with three chairs and one additional chair stored in the closet. If you are a returning guest, you will notice our building exterior looks refreshed and rejuvenated! Our building was renovated in 2025 to replace all railings, walkways and carpeting in the front. Guest access Guests can access the entire space including the bathroom, kitchen, studio living/sleeping area and closet. Other things to note - Minimum age to book is 21, no exceptions. - Parties are strictly prohibited. - No pets. - Booking on behalf of others is NOT permitted. If you book the unit, you must show up on check in day and be staying at the unit. If guests show up but the person booking doesn’t show up, we will call AirBnB to evict your party without refund. - No more than 3 guests per Ocean City, MD law. If more than 3 guests stay overnight, we will contact AirBnB to evict your party and $75 will be charged for each additional guest. - Underage drinking is illegal and strictly prohibited. - Hosts are not responsible for returning any items left behind. Please double check before you leave to ensure you have all of your belongings. - Check out is at 10AM, no exceptions. Our cleaning crew will arrive shortly after to turn over the unit for the next guest. If you stay after check out, you will be charged $50 for every 25 minutes past check out time.
