The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and plenty of natural light. Bedroom 2 offers two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends or additional family members. There are two bathrooms, providing extra comfort and convenience for families and longer stays. The bright living and dining area opens directly onto the apartment's standout feature: a large private terrace with outdoor dining furniture and views across the communal gardens and surrounding hills. Many guests tell us this becomes their favourite place to enjoy breakfast, relax with a book or unwind in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and dining area. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private underground parking. Guests have access to two communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens within the community. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, private terrace and underground parking space. You will also have access to the communal gardens and two communal swimming pools. Seasonal pool opening dates are determined by the community and may vary from year to year. Other things to note This is a self-catering holiday rental rather than a serviced hotel. A small complimentary starter pack is provided on arrival to help guests settle in comfortably. The starter pack includes: • Toilet paper • Washing-up liquid • Basic cleaning products Consumable items are not replenished during the stay. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products such as oils, herbs, spices and condiments are not provided.
