Central A/C, heat, patio right outside room. washer, dryer, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, ping pong, 3 back yard areas. Free street parking. It's a 10 min walk from the Noho metro station + close to the Noho Arts District. A 12 minute drive and you're in Hollywood, awesome hiking trails, or freeway to the beaches! The space This is a great room if you're looking for a place to relax and sleep after work or exploring different parts of the city. I'm a professional musician / recording artist, with a soundproof studio, in a separate building (so you won't be bothered with any noise) Guest access Happy to share the kitchen space with someone that respectfully cleans up after themselves when they cook. Shared outdoor patio & garden areas as well, with room to have your own space. Other things to note No additional guests without prior written agreement from host please.
