Please message me for more details about the private apartment! Welcome to our modern, comfortable, & sleek 1st floor apartment in the lovely borough of Queens, NY! This place has everything you need for the perfect stay. You can enjoy our comfortable home in Hollis to relax after a day/night out. This is NOT a place for loud music or gatherings. This space is part of my family home which I occupy & must remain comfortable for us at all times. ID must be submitted to host to finalize your stay. The space Large apartment on the 1st floor of a house. This space is large, private, and comfortable for your visit! In addition to the king size bed, there is also a big couch and air mattress. There has been a number of upgrades in the apartment, including kitchen appliances and bathroom mirror. - Equipped with Roku Smart televisions in the living room and bedroom. Guests can log on to any streaming service. - Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap and towels - Easy street parking available (area is very residential so there is always parking around the area) - Outdoor backyard space available for your enjoyment - Kitchen appliances: new stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is an air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, and hot water boiler provided. - I am always home at the residence and available to answer any questions or concerns 15 min drive to JFK airport (45 min by public transportation) 18 min drive to LGA airbnb (1 hour by public transportation) 8 min drive to UBS Arena (18 min by public transportation) 28 min drive to Manhattan (Approx 1 hour by public transportation) Grand Central Pkwy and Cross Island Pkway just blocks aways This area is most convenient if you have a vehicle, but if you are ok with walking, the buses are about a 7 minute walk from the house, which you can take to the nearest train station about 15 minutes, then take train to your destination. Backyard is also available for your use if you want to sit for a moment. Street parking is easy typically found on the block. Do not park on spots where they have orange cones or blocking a driveway During your stay My contact with guests is minimal, but this is indeed my primary residence, so you will see me around. I am available at anytime through message if there are any questions or concerns. Other things to note Please note there are other tenants in this house including myself that will be present. You may hear some noise such as voices or walking, but it will be minimal. If this is an issue for you, please DO NOT book.
