"La iaia Rosita" was born in 2023 with the dream of offering a quality stay to guests who arrive in the old town of Jávea, looking for a few days of vacation in an authentic traditional house dating back to 1880 but recently renovated and with all the comforts of today. Welcome. The space "La iaia Rosita" is a boutique house, in the neuralgic area of the village of Jávea. It is a family home, dating from the 18th century, located in one of the traditional streets with the most charm and life in the village. The name of the house "La iaia Rosita" refers to its previous owner, who was so called by her grandchildren, and who with affection have wanted to remember her. The property has been recently renovated with a lot of taste and respect for the traditional. Rescuing ancient arches of rough stone, beams and handmade pavements, so characteristic of the typical architecture of the area. With the renovation, in addition to returning to the house the entire hearth of yesteryear, it was wanted to add all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It should be noted that the house has a cold/heat radiant floor. So the house is in a constant temperature very soft and pleasant all year round. Upon arrival it will be fully heated. There is an underground public parking lot nearby just a 5 minute walk from the house. In the low season, there is usually parking on the adjacent streets. In the house there is a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, ideal for a maximum of 8 guests. The house is distributed in 3 floors. Ground floor: - The access to the house is from the street, through a large fully restored wooden gate. It is conveniently accessed with a key that will be given to you upon arrival. - On this floor there is a large common area with arches, where the hall, the living room and the dining room are distributed. - Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom (Queen bed) with work table. - One full toilet. - Stocked Kitchen and Pantry First floor: - It is accessed by stairs to the first floor. - On this floor there is a distributor with access to 3 bedrooms and a complete communal toilet. - Two of the bedrooms with single beds (4 single size beds on this floor) - And another double bedroom (Queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Second floor: - It is accessed by stairs to the second floor. - On this floor the old room of the house is located. With a typical architecture of sloping ceilings with wooden beams and walls lined with tosca. - The space is divided into 2 areas. A sloping ceiling area with a limited height, where your children can enjoy a play area for the little ones. And a second area, with high ceilings, ideal for the whole family, with fireplace, large table, seating area and terrace. We charge a deposit of €300 at check-in, and the rules and instructions will be given upon arrival. The deposit is returned once the house is checked upon departure.
