Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking. • NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against the City of Henderson's ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking. • MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older. • EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Fees range from $99-$199. Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without a refund and/or a fine. Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), damages, and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is $50 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.
