Cozy studio apartment in the historic center of Aosta, in a quiet area, a short walk from the Parini Hospital, the University of Valle D'Aosta and not far (about a 15-minute walk) from the cable car that leads to the ski area and the Pila bike park. Inside the apartment you will find the true warmth of the mountain and everything that can make your stay special.... because it has been furnished with the heart and care of those who love details. The space The apartment, small but functional, is equipped with every accessory and comfort so that you can feel at home. It is on the second floor of a small and charming historic condominium. In winter you will find a warm and cozy space and in summer, thanks to its location, the house always remains cool and pleasant. The space includes a French double bed (140x190), two spacious wardrobes and a chest of drawers, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (also equipped with a toaster, juicer, kettle with herbal teas, capsule coffee machine), a two-seater sofa, 32-inch television, anteroom with washing machine, bathroom complete with bidet and shower (you will also find an iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer with diffuser), and a portable fan. For your safety, I have equipped the house with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke and monoxide detector. To welcome you in the best way, you will find warm slippers at the entrance in case you do not have any. Of course, there is also a Wi-Fi network and many other details so you don't miss anything! If you need it, I will provide you with all the precise information regarding both free and paid parking lots that are nearby. Among these, we recommend the covered parking lot of the Parini Hospital, a 5-minute walk from the house, which has a daily rate of €6. IMPORTANT! As of May 1, 2024, regional legislation provides for the collection of the tourist tax which is not included in the reservation amount and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. The rate in Aosta is €1.50 per person per day (up to 7 nights). This rate is reduced to €0.75 per day per person during low season (May 1 to June 15 and October 1 to November 30).
