Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Beautiful, newer, kid friendly home with lots of amenities! Love that country, peaceful feel but not the distance? Come and enjoy our full time city home, backing up to a beautiful field overlooking the south, watching sunrises and sunsets from a Juliet Balcony located off the Master Bedroom! Complete with pool, hot tub, playset, Movie room, and more! The space With any booking we will set up Bedrooms 1-4 as pictured. Please look through our pictures and the descriptions - we try to accommodate requests if you give us enough notice (7 days in advance). Please notice in the pictures, there are additional fees for the extra set ups. Guest access Entire home is rented out each time. Includes 3 driveway parking spots, and street parking. Other things to note We can accommodate up to 34 people. After 10 people, there is a cost per person per night (this is how Air BnB charges it) We have 16 sleeping spots on real beds. With air mattresses, and couches, and recliners, we can get up to 34 people (this includes sheets/blankets/pillows). For eating with this many people, you will have to rotate 16 people per eating, or have them eat outside at the dining table on the patio :) My immediate family includes 5 sisters, and all their husbands/kids (33 total!), so I help large families as much as possible! :)
