(there is no Cable or Satellite Channels) Guests have access to several pools on the Property Including the Luxurious Peninsula Pool with Epic Views. All pools on the Cosmo Property are shared. There are No Private pools to access. However the Mountain Pool that is in front of the condo is scarcely occupied. Guests also have use of the owners golf cart for use solely on the Cosmo Property. Also guests have access to the owners bodega for surfboard or gear storage, instead of hauling everything up to the unit. Guests will likely Prefer to rent a vehicle for there stay if they plan on exploring areas around Huatulco. However cabs can be called to the unit for pick up. There are many taxis around Huatulco for getting around or back to the Unit. While your In Cosmo the owners golf cart can be used, SOLELY in Cosmo. This Condo has central Cooling. Usage is monitored. Guests will have an allotted Kilowatt usage based on the nights they stay. If this is exceeded a price per kWh will be charged. For guests that use the AC only at night will asleep likely will not exceed the allotted amount. Guests that use the AC all day and Night will Exceed the Allotted amount.
