This is my friends' apartment (Leo & Armin) with 2 double beds (1 with sofa function) - additional mattress for the 2nd/5th guest & pets upon request It's arround 1.1 km to the center, 850m from the Exhibition Center train station; there's good public transportation directly to the main train station/center A nice cafe, various supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports field, and the climbing center, as well as a small park with a playground, are all in close proximity The space Welcome to our charming accommodation! Here, you'll find spaces that are clean and inviting, even if they're not brand new. Our establishment isn't your typical hotel or motel – we take pride in creating a welcoming community for travelers. We place significant emphasis on every guest playing their part in keeping the common areas tidy. During your stay As previously mentioned, this is the apartment of my friend Leonhard and his brother Armin. I am primarily here to provide assistance, and most interactions will take place directly with them on-site. Given their deeper familiarity with the apartment's specifics, I kindly ask that you reach out to them directly for any issues or inquiries. For emergencies, Leo is available 24 hours a day. Just give him a call three times in a row. In general, we kindly request that you inform us in person during check-in or immediately when issues arise. This enables us to address them promptly, even if they are minor matters. Therefore, we place great importance on keeping the common areas and the building clean. It is also essential that other residents in the building are not disturbed. So please be quiet and courteous. We offer the whole space according to the original idea of Airbnb and in accordance with the private room rental regulations in Austria. The goal is to cover our costs, meet nice new people (as traditional roommates/friends), and provide affordable accommodation to others when we don't need parts of the apartment ourselves. We comply with all legal requirements and pay the necessary taxes. Registration is under my friend Leo or his brother Armin.
