Beach House and Lots of Nature in the Sahy Reserve

House fully furnished and very cozy. We are located in a condominium fenced by nature with complete infrastructure in front of the club with swimming pools, saunas, hydromassage, pool table, ping-pong, gym, sand courts, multi-sports and synthetic grass and space for children to play. At the back of the house there is a very beautiful forest, well maintained and with benches to talk and relax. Beautiful beaches just a few meters away and beautiful waterfalls not far away. The space House fully furnished and very comfortable. We seek to do everything to bring a face of home and warmth. House all super cared for with new furniture and appliances. Balcony: We have a table with chairs, a hammock to relax and 2 chairs with a table. Living room: Sofa with movable backrest and seat that opens to be comfortable, 55'' TV with movie and open IP channels, a large table with 8 chairs for integration of everyone in the house and next to the room we have a toilet. Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with stove, modern refrigerator, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and all the necessary material for daily use. Bedrooms: Rooms with silent ceiling fan and air conditioning, the bathroom is shared with the rooms, with a very large waiting area, sink, toilet and an excellent shower with very strong water and gas heating (heater is in the service area). We provide towels and bed linen. Service area: Clothes washing machine, we left beach chair and a complete bathroom with electric shower. Goumet Area: Large external shower with strong and cold water, barbecue with stove and wood oven, table with four chairs. Yard: Front with lawn, full of landscaping and fruit trees, Sides with stone floor and in the back our gourmet area. Impossible not to fall in love. Other things to note Our house is located in the Aldeia dos Reis condominium, which is located in the Mangaratiba neighborhood of SAHY, Costa Verde in Rio de Janeiro. The condominium club is open for use by all house guests upon prior registration. Guests must send a copy of their ID and car documents by email before the day of check-in for registration with the condominium administration. To use the party room or the club's barbecue grills, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance and an amount will be charged in advance where we will schedule the days with the club's administration.
