This listing is for a large upstairs room that has three built-in twin beds, large sectional, and private restroom with shower and bathtub in room. This is a very private room and restroom and is the only room on the second floor in our home. We have a keypad on the front door so guests can come and go as they please. Late night arrivals don’t bother us and you can let yourself in with the keypad on the front door. Please feel free to park on the street in front of our home. Your car will be safe and the parking is free. Since we live in the home the kitchen is not included with the reservation unless you want to warm up a quick pizza or microwave something. Full meals just don't work since we also use the kitchen as well. We want to be respectful of your privacy. We are here to help and make you stay the most enjoyable possible. We do live in the home. We are always available on text and around most nights. We will provide a code once you book so check-in at your leisure. Late check-in is not a problem at all! We love our neighborhood! We live in an upscale super safe neighborhood in Collegedale/Ooltewah TN. We live just a few miles from Southern Adventist University and just one exit from Chattanooga, TN. In our neighborhood you will see kids playing outside, families walking their dogs, and neighbors doing yard work. Parking is available Infront of our home and is free to guests. Your vehicle will be safe as we live in a very safe neighborhood. There is a $50.00 fee per stay if you bring a pet.
