Farm stay in Mount Juliet

"Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres with nothing but beauty. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. There is plenty of other dining and shops within minutes. “I also have a storm shelter in the barn which is important in bad storms! The space Space is perfect For only two, not suitable for children or infants. No pets or service animals I’m exempt from Airbnb for allowing service animals!! I am highly allergic to pet dander/ ticks and fleas. Sorry NO SMOKING in or outside the Airbnb. This home has all the amenities you need for a comfortable long stay, including a storm shelter for your safety ❤️ This home has been COMPLETELY remodeled! Everything new, walls, floors, new linens, and super CLEAN and homey. Enjoy all the wildlife with lots of windows with amazing views. There is a twin size bed in the closet/ bedroom area. Very comfortable and cozy, if you need to use it. I have thought of everything you may need for an amazing stay! Decorated very classy, country and cozy. This property is literally like staying in a park, everything is extremely well-kept and manicured. It's too cute to pass up! Guest access There is two Airbnb's on the same property but you are renting your own space. Please be respectful to the other guests. The Units are not close together, so you do have alot of privacy. I have a nice wooded area for trail walking and a front area of the property with horse pasture so there's lots to explore. I do tend to the horses and cats and the land, so if you're looking for complete seclusion, There will be other people on the property, Managing and maintaining. Also, there is a safety camera on the porch facing outward to the driveway which once established and settled in I will turned it off. Other things to note There is fire wood for sale for the fire pit. Ask for corn to feed the turkeys If staying longer than 4 days you will be required to water house plants or at least allow me access to water.
