It is well equipped with electric double oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. A contemporary table and chairs seats 10. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with Ensuite: A plush velvet king-size bed with woven wicker style bedside drawers, matching wardrobe, and dressing table. The ensuite has a walk in shower cubicle with rainfall head, marble washbasin, heated mirror and WC. Bedroom 2: A luxurious king-size bed with bedside tables and matching chest of drawers, hanging rail and smart TV. Bedroom 3: Two gorgeous velvet single beds with large wicker and wood style drawers, matching bedside drawers and smart TV. Family Bathroom: An elegant and spacious bathroom with walk in shower with rainfall head, free standing bath, wash hand basin, WC and heated mirror. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 4 with separate WC with wash hand basin: The master bedroom with a plush velvet wrap around bed frame, bedside tables and matching double chest of drawers, armchair, with a contemporary freestanding bath in the corner of the room. OUTSIDE To the front of the property, you will find a lawned and paved area in which you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. To the rear, there is a small enclosed paved seating area which is accessible through the sliding glass doors from the kitchen. PETS We are very pet friendly! 2 well behaved dogs welcome. PARKING Gravelled parking area suitable for two cars. Free on street parking in the village or very close by to the property. HEATING Electric and underfloor heating throughout downstairs.
