Hill Top Vacation House With Ocean Views

A 5-bedroom vacation home perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, beach, and valley. This private 10+ acre property is surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the beach. The space The house is a spacious 5-bedroom with a large ocean-facing porch and an infinity pool. It features two (2) queen bedrooms, two (2) twin bedrooms, and a primary bedroom with a king bed, all equipped with A/C and fans. The main living area has an open layout with a seating area, television, and a formal dining table that seats up to 10. The full kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators a kitchen range and a dishwasher. The back porch includes a grill, casual outdoor dining, hammocks, and outdoor chairs. The pool area offers a sun deck with lounge chairs. On-site laundry with a washer and dryer is available. There is outdoor parking for 3-4 vehicles and covered parking for two vehicles under a portico. Guest access The beach, restaurants, grocery store and Cambutal town are all in walking distance from the house but the house is on a steep hill and can be a hard walk. Temperatures are high during the day, we always recommend that you carry water when leaving the house. Other things to note The driveway to the house is steep we recommend 4x4. We also recommend an all-wheel car for exploring Cambutal and nearby areas but a two wheel car is also okay. Driving on our beaches is not recommended. Power outages occur in Cambutal. The house comes with a back up generator and will automatically turn on with a slight delay. Tap water comes from a well and is safe to drink. Because of our semi-remote location WiFi speeds may be slower than what you're used to, but WiFi speed is strong enough for email, WiFi calling, and most streaming. WiFi strength may vary throughout the house and is strongest in the main room. Garbage pick-up and pool maintenance will be arranged for rentals longer than 4-days. A cleaning service may be available by request only. We recommend doing your grocery shopping on your way to Cambutal. Groceries can then be supplemented locally. Cambutal town there is a few tiendas and one small grocer that sell the basics. The nearest ATM is in Tonosi, a 20 minute drive away. Most places in Cambutal accept both cash and credits but not all. Please plan accordingly.
