Located near Lambeau Field, Mulva Cultural Center, Resch Expo & St. Norbert College. Professionally cleaned. Spacious layout: two separate wings offering privacy and tranquility. A fenced-in private yard, sauna, Nordic bike, fire pit, and charcoal grill. Smart TVs, WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Located along the Fox River trail, with several bikes available for guest use. Bike or walk everywhere! We have kids bikes, and even a tandem bike. 5 beds / 4 couches. Plenty of parking! The space Our house has a unique ranch style layout, but with two separate living quarters. Each side of the property has its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom, meanwhile still having access to the entire house. The bedrooms are furnished with either a king bed, a queen, and two twins. Sofa sleeper available in living room. Full kitchen with cooking supplies available and a keurig, offering single serve or large pot coffee. Wifi and smart tvs available for your streaming services. Washer and dryer available for your convenience. We also have several board games, a fooseball table, a sauna, and bikes available for guest use. Guest access Private home - guests have access to entire house, with the exception of closets in master bedroom. No shared spaces. Other things to note Don't miss out on this modern and conveniently located living space! Guests can walk or use our available bikes on the neighboring Fox River Trail to experience downtown De Pere, St. Norbert's, the Mulva Cultural Center, and several other local places. The house has several updates including new furnishings and decor, appliances, a new furnace/central air, and new driveway/patio. Our home is always professionally cleaned between guests. We have several smart TVs allowing you to log into streaming services, but we do not offer cable at this time. We are located across the street from a gas station and fast food restaurant, which can occasionally be busy but overall the house itself is very quiet and private with a large fenced-in back yard.
