Calm and uniqueness in the heart of Rome: Colosseum

Located in the Celio district, Municipio I Monti apartment equipped with all comforts with a modern style and a 70s touch, to be at the same time in the heart of Rome and in an extremely quiet street. 1.1 km from the Colosseum (metro B) and a few meters from the metro C Porta Metronia, the Imperial Forums are within walking distance along Villa Celimontana, a stone's throw from the apartment, as well as Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano, Manzoni (metro A), Circus Maximus, and the Baths of Caracalla. The space The apartment has all the necessary amenities: a large living room with a double sofa bed for two people, a full HD TV with a firestick where you can connect with your Prime Video, Netflix, or any other platform, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and freezer, a coffee machine (moka), a kettle, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small separate office room, and a 4-door wardrobe, the two doors on the right are available for guests! The apartment is in the Celio district of the residential and stately area (Municipio I Monti), behind Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterano and 1.1 km from the Colosseum and Imperial Forums. It is also bordered by Villa Celimontana, which can be traveled by jogging and will take you straight to the heart of Rome, the Colosseum, reachable on foot or by bicycle. The area is served by numerous buses, stop "Largo Amba Aradam" line 714 (useful for going to Termini station) and 81 to move around the historic center and beyond if you do not want to walk, the metro line C Porta Metronia is a 5-minute walk away, line A Manzoni (10-minute walk) line C Colosseo (same distance). The decor is minimal, with modern details. It is bright despite being on the lower ground floor (two flights of stairs to go down without an elevator), given the 4 large visible windows. It has been taken care of down to the smallest detail with regard to furnishings, colors, paintings, and objects that reflect a little of my personality and the beautiful city of Rome, for a comfortable and exploratory stay. Guest access You will be welcomed most of the time in person either by me or by a collaborator, but there is the self check-in option for time incompatibility or other. Other things to note Just outside the front door, on Via dei Valeri, there is the Lunch Music café for a quick breakfast or lunch. Walking, at the end of the street you come to Largo Amba Aradam, where there are bus stops for Termini. Instead, if you go immediately to the right when you leave the apartment, you'll come to Via della Navicella with the bus stop for the Colosseum direction, if you don't want to walk. Nearby supermarkets: Il Castoro supermarket 350 meters (via dei Laterani), Penny supermarket (via Licia 36), Carrefour (viale Manzoni) 850 meters and Carrefour 24h (via SS Four) 700 meters. I also recommend the cafe bar of the 19th century on Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano, behind the house, where you can stop for a coffee in the sun in the square.
