The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. It was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 10, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, & two twin daybeds, it sleeps 10. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 450 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & another 55” LED TV down stairs. The Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, it is a 13 min drive. The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock. Keep your boat at the dock or rent our 23" Yamaha SR230 ski boat. You can also rent the Yamaha VX Deluxe WaveRunner Jet Ski. The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide laundry detergent & dryer sheets for the washer/dryer. The living room has a 65” UHD LED TV with GREAT Wi-Fi @ 450 Mbps. We have a 55” UHD LED TV on the back patio & another 55” UHD LED TV down stairs which is great for movies and gaming. We have a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that allows you to play your music. Surround sound in the living room, speakers on the back patio, & another down stairs in the gaming room. IMPORTANT - The house is NOT set up for large group gatherings, 10 is the maximum number of people allowed at the house at anytime. The driveway has room for 4 cars, street parking is a problem so please be sure to keep cars off the street and out of the neighbors grass. There is space to park your boat trailer in the gravel driveway. Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use. Please help us protect and preserve the lake! Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM (Unless otherwise arranged in advance) The front door and the inside garage door are equipped with a key-less deadbolt lock (push button). To unlock the door just enter your access code, the last 4 digits of your cell phone number and this will unlock the deadbolt allowing you to entry the house. Please remember the house RULES: 1 - We have a 10 Person Maximum at the house! Very Important, NO large gatherings allowed. 2 - No Street Parking Allowed - there is space in the driveway for 4 cars. Please keep cars off the street and off the grass. 3 - Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use.
