Le Petit Champ is a little gem, combining all the advantages of being just 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of town but with a beautiful outlook at the rear over established woodland. Situated on a private clos, it has its own entrance with small private courtyard to the front, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (bath with shower over) and large lounge/dining room with separate workstation on the ground floor and double bedroom on the first floor. 40% monthly discounts Nov-Mar inc. The space The kitchen is very well equipped with oven/grill, hob and microwave along with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. It is a lovely light space and looks out onto the small private courtyard where there is a table and chairs. The main living area is bright and airy with a very comfortable sofa and armchair, tv, dining table which could seat 4 should you invite someone over. There is also a separate desk/workstation. The main window looks out onto established woodland. Upstairs the bedroom is a lovely light room but there are blackout blinds on all windows. It houses a double bed, full set of drawers along with two smaller sets of drawers either side of the bed and a dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. There is also an easy chair and a hanging area in the eaves. Please note height is restricted in some areas of the room so may be an issue for tall people. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful and something of a rarity so close to town. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the annex and small courtyard to the front of the property which is also private and screened from the main drive. Use of the main house and gardens in prohibited except for access in order to contact the hosts although contact by phone in the first instance is appreciated. Other things to note There is a 50% discount on the quoted daily rate for stays of 28 days or more between November and March inc. The property can accommodate one infant up to one year old in our travel cot but this facility is on request.
