Glassware, China ware, and plastic ware for dining convivences. The master bedroom with a Kingsize bed, 2 nightstand with charging ports. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed 2 nightstand with charging ports. Arrangements may be made before booking to accommodate more guests over the 4 guest limit at an additional charge. The living room has an electric fireplace with a smart TV. End tables with built-in charging ports. There is fast internet Wi-Fi. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with hand bars. Towels and bathing products provided. All beds have linens and covers/comforters. Ceiling fans in every room. The owners/hosts will have access to the exterior of the house at all times. Security motion sensor cameras located on the exterior of the house only. Cameras record both video and audio. Exterior cameras are visible with no hidden cameras outside and no cameras inside. The cameras cover the backyard, driveway, front yard, and front porch with a doorbell camera. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the interior of the house. Guests also have access to the driveway and front of the house at all times. Backyard not available to guests. Owners/host/co-hosts have access to exterior of home at all times. Owners /Host/ co-host will not enter the house interior except in case of an emergency or as requested by the quests. Other things to note No pets allowed. All the exterior security cameras record video and audio by motion and can be used for two-way communication. All cameras are clearly visible, there are no hidden cameras, and there are no interior cameras. Host will contact via Airbnb chat to let you know they will be visiting the exterior of the property before arriving. No one other than the guests will enter the interior of the house except for an emergency or as asked to by the guest to correct any issues that might arise.
