Location: We are located in San Miguel del Quinche, just one hour from Quito, 1 hour 30 minutes from the city of Ibarra, 25 minutes from Tababela airport and 5 minutes from the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Quinche. Privacy Our estate is private and exclusive for the group that rents it, it is not shared with other people. Carport We have safe and private parking inside the estate, up to 10 cars, if there are more the soccer field is enabled. Guest access You can use the whole house as if it were yours. The entrances to the main house are on one level, ideal for people with disabilities. The estate is for private use, solely and exclusively for the group that rents it. Other things to note The villa is approximately 1 hour from Quito, 15 minutes from Guayllabamba, 5 minutes from the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Quinche. Nearby tourist attractions: 1. Sanctuary of the Virgin of Quinche, over 4 centuries old. We recommend visiting it at night, as the church is illuminated and it is also a very quiet town. During the day you can find everything you need, because the town is a very commercial place, there are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, warehouses, etc. It's just a 5-minute drive from the estate. 2. Ibarra and Otavalo At 1H30 is the white city of Ibarra and Otavalo, they are very tourist places located in the north of the country, you can visit the Peguche waterfall, shop in the craft market, the Imbabura volcano, there are hostels for lunch and beautiful places. In Ibarra you can visit the Yahuarcocha Lagoon, Laguna Mall, Arcángel San Miguel Viewpoint, and more. 3. Guayllabamba is 15 minutes away, a very touristy place where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream parlors, water parks and much more. 4. 20 minutes away is the Guayllabamba Zoo. You can take the kids to visit this beautiful place and have a very pleasant time.
