Updated Mercersburg Carriage House on Main Street

The Carriage house is close to the town square with shopping and restaurants. Mercersburg Academy is 2 blocks away. Whitetail Ski + Golf Resort is 6 miles. The Carriage house has a daybed (2 twin beds) and bath located in a large grassy backyard with off-street parking. The kitchen is equipped with range, fridge, mw, and dining area. Dressing area with armoire and dresser. There's wireless internet. 1-2 people occupancy. No Pets and children are not encouraged. No parties or gatherings. The space Light filled Cozy studio apartment with full kitchen, dressing area and sparkling bath. Tub/ shower combo, pedestal sink, comfort height toilet with grab bar, and antique medicine cabinet. The dressing area has an 1800s armoire for hanging, a gentleman’s dresser, and built-in storage. The studio has a full apartment style kitchen with eat-in table. The pull-out, double twin daybed, sits on an oriental rug. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, convection oven and induction cooktop, stainless refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The house is walking distance to the town square off Main Street. Mercersburg is a special historic town with a close-knit community. Neighbors help neighbors here. Everyone loves to say hello and smile. We are on Main Street so there is some road noise, with City Hall bells which chime hourly. Guest access Sunny patio area, with outside picnic table dining, that is shared by guests using the larger house next door to the carriage house. Plenty of green yard, flowers and laid back charm. We are a couple doors down, if you need some help. Other things to note Early check-in and/or late check-out are additional time you would like at our place. There is a fee attached to this request of $25 dollars per hour. We need to reschedule activities, cleanings, etc.. This fee helps offset the additional cost of having guests stay with us longer. We appreciate your understanding of this. Please give us 1-2 weeks notice ahead of time if this is something that you would like. We will also let you know if this is possible timewise. Thanks!
