Other things to note ★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT / LUGGAGE DROP-OFF ★ ✔ Standard check-in: After 3:00 PM ✔ Standard check-out: Before 11:00 AM Our cleaning team has a tight schedule due to frequent back-to-back bookings. While we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, they are not guaranteed and depend on the day’s cleaning schedule. ✔To request early check-in: 📩 Please message us at least 1 day in advance 🚫 Luggage drop-off is not available before check-in or after check-out. However, convenient luggage storage services are available in downtown San Jose for a minimal fee. Feel free to explore downtown while you wait! ★ STREET NOISE ★ ✔ The unit faces S 1st Street, so there could be noise during busy daytime hours. Long-term residents get used to it, and it isn’t an issue. However, if you're not accustomed to it or are very sensitive to noise, we completely understand! • You can close the windows (double-pane windows) • If you're highly sensitive to noise, we recommend using earplugs for a peaceful sleep. We understand everyone has different sensitivities — if you're extremely noise-sensitive, please consider this before booking. ★ EXTENSION / ALTERATION POLICY ★ ✔ Extensions: Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on both availability and updated pricing at the time of the request. ✔ Alterations: Alterations such as early checkouts, event cancellations, flight delays, or unexpected emergencies are not eligible for refunds. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance or select a place with a flexible cancellation policy when booking to cover any unforeseen changes in their plans.
