Nice cottage, the Gazeau loft with billiards and sauna

This cottage named the loft is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 cottages overlooking the canals of Sallertaine, 10 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier. The private wooden terrace is equipped with a barbecue in season so you can eat outside in the 2400 m2 park. In addition, a common room for the 3 cottages is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and offers sauna, billiards and sports equipment. Linens and towels are not provided. The space The 45 m2 "loft" cottage for up to 3 people including baby is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 independent cottages. It consists of a separate master bedroom on the ground floor, a small mezzanine under the slope upstairs with a single bed (safety barrier at the top of the stairs), an open room with kitchen, dining and living areas. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The doors and beams are quite low because it is a period barn. Each has a private and equipped terrace overlooking a 2400 m² park with views of the canals. In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for tenants of the 3 gîtes (open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) is equipped with an American pool table, sports equipment and a sauna is available free of charge. From your terrace you can admire the sunset in peace, as well as the many migratory birds in the heart of this Natura 2000 site. A pair of binoculars is at your disposal and will allow you to observe birds and nature. Finally, the 3* classified cottages are located 8 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from Noirmoutier Island. Please note: Sheets (optional: 16 euros per bed extra) and towels (to be brought by you) are not provided. the end-of-stay cleaning package is optional at 50 euros. The cottages are not equipped for PRM. Please note that the cottage is for a maximum capacity of 3 people, you will not be able to invite people from outside, on the other hand there is only one parking space per cottage. Deckchairs, parasols and barbecues are available from April to September. Other things to note The cottages are set up in a barn, the doors and beams are quite low. The 2400 m2 garden is shared with the other lodgings. For technical and ecological reasons, sheets are not included: supplement of 16 euros per bed. Final cleaning is an extra 50 euros.
