Nice cottage, the Gazeau loft with billiards and sauna

This cottage named the loft is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 gites with views of the Sallertaine canals 10 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier. The private wooden terrace is equipped with a seasonal barbecue so you can eat outside in the 2400m2 park. In addition, a common room shared by the 3 cottages is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers a sauna and a pool table. Linens and towels are not provided. The space The cottage "le loft" of 45 m2 for 3 people maximum baby included is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 independent cottages. It consists of a separate master bedroom on the ground floor, a small mezzanine under slope upstairs with a single bed (safety gate at the top of the stairs), a room open to the kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The doors and beams are quite low as it is a period barn. Each has a private and equipped terrace overlooking a 2400 sqm park overlooking the canals. In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for the tenants of the 3 cottages(open from 8am to 8pm) is equipped with American billiards, sports equipment and a sauna is at your disposal free of charge. From your terrace you can admire the quiet sunset, as well as the many migratory birds in the heart of this Natura 2000 site. A pair of binoculars is at your disposal and will allow you to observe birds and nature . Finally, the cottages all classified 3* are located 8 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier. Need to Know: Linens are provided in the accommodation (beds not made up), and towels are not provided. The doors and beams are quite low. Housekeeping is to be done by you. The cottages are not equipped with PMR. Chairs, umbrellas, and barbecues are available from April to September. Please note that the cottage has a maximum capacity of 4 people: for insurance and technical reasons, you will not be able to invite outside guests. On the other hand, there is only one parking space per cottage. Finally, we do not allow pets. Other things to note The cottages are set up in a barn, the doors and beams are quite low. The 2400 m2 garden is shared with the other lodgings. For technical and ecological reasons, sheets are not included: supplement of 16 euros per bed. Final cleaning is an extra 50 euros.
