The kitchen is well equipped with brand new modern appliances alongside comfortable dining table with bench seating. A fully equipped laundry is available as well as undercover garage parking for one car. Goldleaf Chalet is the perfect mountain escape! The space Fourth bedroom can be configured as a King (NZ Super King) or Two Singles. Please let us know your preferred option at time of booking. All other three bedrooms are a Queen only (Note: A Queen is a NZ King) Guest access The entire property! The owners leave a car permanently parked in the double garage, leaving room for ONE undercover car spot. You are also welcome to use the ski-boot/glove drying racks in the garage during Ski Season! Other things to note There are a dozen or so steps leading down into the Chalet from both the Street and Garage entrances. Keep this in mind if you have prams/strollers or elderly guests in your group to ensure it is suitable to your requirements. We have garage parking for one car. It is a tricky driveway to navigate and we ask that you take extreme care when coming and going. You may also park in the driveway or the street. We have a moderate-sized, electric hot water tank so you may wish to stagger showers if house is at full capacity (8 guests), also noting the Spa Bath uses a lot of hot water. We have never had any issue as a family of four, showering around the same time. Queenstown Council allows us a maximum of 8 guests INCLUDING infants and children. This differs from AirBnB which does not include infants in the head count. We don't make any exceptions to this.
