Unwind in this conveniently located home in Chico. The home has a one-level layout with two steps to enter and one to exit to the patio/backyard. Excellent location for tourists and medical professionals. Ten to fifteen minute commute can get you anywhere in the city. Restaurants, movie theatre, and a retail center are within walking distance. Hope you enjoy your stay! The space The lovely home is around 10 minutes from the city center in a peaceful cul-de-sac. You will fall in love with the 12-inch memory foam mattress you find as you walk into your bedroom. For convenience, everything is in one location. Guest access The private room, bathroom, living/dining area, backyard/patio, and laundry room are all accessible to guests. During your stay I share this home with the co-host. We can be reached via the Airbnb app. Other things to note Under the bathroom sink are cleaning supplies if you need to clean up a spill. Fire extinguisher is located in the garage by the door.
