Arizona Cabin w/hot tub, billiards, and movie room

Enjoy our beautiful custom built log home on your visit to the Grand Canyon! Features a beautiful large modern kitchen, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, wrap around deck with beautiful sunset mountain views, hot tub, fire pit, grill, theater room, and billiard room! The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor, 2 queen beds and 1 full size bed are located in the loft accessible via spiral staircase, and 2 private queen bedrooms and bathroom are located in the walk out basement. The space The primary bedroom with king bed and bathroom are located on the main floor, 2 queen size beds and one full size bed are located in the loft accessible via spiral staircase, and 2 private bedrooms and bathroom are located in the walk out basement, both with queen beds. The billiard room and theatre room are both located in the walk out basement. Guest access Check in: 4:00pm Check out: 10:00am Self check-in with keypad Other things to note Driving: Please be aware you will need to drive on a gravel/dirt road approx 2 miles to get to the cabin from hwy 64. Depending on amount of use the road gets in between scheduled maintenance, it can become bumpy at times. Weather is generally moderate during the summer months, with monsoons in the late summer which makes for beautiful afternoon and evening thunderstorms. It is cold with snow in the winter. Please be aware, if you are traveling during winter months note there may be snow on the ground you will need either front wheel (chains recommended), 4 wheel, or All wheel drive vehicles to access the neighborhood. Snowfall varies from year to year. The road is normally plowed after each snow storm and we do have the driveway plowed as needed. **PLEASE CHECK the local weather forecast before your trip to see if we are expecting any snow during your stay** If you are traveling during Spring or Summer monsoon months, please note the roads may be wet. Make sure to check local weather conditions. Kitchen: Basic food items are provided such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil, along with an assortment of condiments and anything else that has been left behind by previous guests. We also provide coffee grounds for the coffee maker along with sugar and non dairy creamer. Laundry: There is not a washer and dryer available in the cabin. There are two laundromats in town, one at the Mustang gas station, 609 E Route 66 which is open 24 hours, you can get change and detergent in the gas station. The other is at 235 E Route 66 open 6am to 830pm, they have a change machine and detergent for purchase. Guest Access: You will have the entire house to yourself. The property is used for some light storage outside the house by the owner, please do not disturb. Speeding: Please observe the 25 Mph speed limit as there are open range horses and cattle grazing in the neighborhood along with wild animals such as elk, deer, and coyotes.
