Huge, private backyard with plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the beautiful Denver weather. Quick access to the freeway and the mountains if you're looking for adventure. The space This home has an open layout and simple décor to ensure you have enough space during your time in Denver. Infant items available as needed: large bassinet, baby bath, stroller, changing table and diaper genie. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need and there is a dining room table for meals. There are plants throughout the space that give it a lovely aesthetic. Bathroom has a dual sink so you can have some of your own space. Spacious hot tub in the back yard. What could be better after a long day of hiking, skiing or brewery hopping? Guest access You have access to the entire house and back yard. The garage and storage shed are not accessible. Other things to note This is a residential home located in Denver proper. We respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same. Denver quiet hours are 7am to 10pm so we ask our guests to limit their use of outdoor space during the night time hours and do not play music late or generally use the outdoor space loudly when our neighbors would be sleeping.
