Whether you're here for the skiing at nearby Smuggler's Notch Resort, touring our breweries & vineyards, photographing the fall foliage or a secret elopement, you're welcome at Red Clover Guesthouse! And, yes, your host is a wedding officiant! The space Milton is a bedroom community known for it's peace and quiet. There are a few place to eat but you'll need to drive 20-30 minutes for cuisine. Our roomy guest room with a sparkling new bathroom is over the garage so there are stairs to climb and it is not handicapped accessible. The stairs are wide but not steep. Although you won't come in contact with them, there are animals on the property. Guest access Your entry is through the breezeway and up the stairs on the left. Enjoy your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the front deck. There's a fire pit on the lawn to the left of the parking area just for you. The private spa deck is also a great place for morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail. Other things to note Public transportation is scarce and expensive. We recommend you come by car. However, we can shuttle you to and from the airport for an additional fee of $30 each way. Please note: While our location looks close to Burlington on the map, it's a 20-30 minute drive. Our elopement packages do not include your wedding license. Licenses can be obtained from our Town Clerk (or any Town Clerk's office in Vermont) Monday-Friday and you can be married the same day.
