The Space: BEDROOMS - With a constant cool breeze that flows throughout the year, and a cosy location in the midst of a lush forest, this quaint abode houses 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - All rooms exude a warm and cosy aura and are intricately designed with all modern comforts such as queen-sized beds, heaters, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi access. - Coupled with these modern conveniences, get to wake up to mesmerising views of the green surroundings here. - 1 room on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor offer extra mattresses and 1 room on the first floor also offers a luggage rack. - 2 of the rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Get greeted by a striking stonework facade as you step into the premises of this quintessential abode nestled right in the lap of nature’s hues. - With pristine white interiors with a hint of woodwork, walk through the spacious living room on the ground floor. - Furnished with a cosy seating space, the room can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. - It also features amenities like a wired music system, Wi-Fi access, and a heater. - Binge-watch your favourite rom-com and action-packed thrillers in the TV room on the first floor. - This room is replete with a snug sofa-style seating arrangement that can accommodate up to 6 people. - A little further away from the cosy confines of the living room, the quaint dining area can seat up to 6 people. - Given the pleasant weather in Kodaikanal all-year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with an AC. - A perfect space for devouring a delectable breakfast, the landscaped lawn spreads across an area of 2000 sq. ft. - Blending well with the lush surroundings, the outdoors offers a great place to engage in some fitness activities whether it be morning yoga sessions or a walk on the dewy grass. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen only for heating purposes and for making tea/coffee. - The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Consumption of non-vegetarian is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 2 female staff members for an additional charge of Rs. 1500 exclusive of meal charges. The staff members will be accommodated in the outhouse. ACTIVITIES Nestled right in the heart of Kodaikanal, this serene retreat offers a spectrum of experiences to indulge in. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Given the pleasant weather in Kodaikanal all-year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with an AC. - The stay is a part of a gated community.  - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the UPS system provides backup for one light and one charging point for all rooms. - Mobile networks such as Vi and Airtel work fairly well here.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat. - All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted
