Lovely 1 Bed Guest cottage in quiet Tamar Valley.

Little Garden Cottage is set in the countryside on the Devon/Cornwall border in the beautiful Tamar Valley. Very quiet and peaceful, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind & explore the area. Ideal for couples, walkers and cyclists. Great for star gazers too! It is a self contained and separate one bed annexe in a beautiful established garden with lovely rural views. I provide tea , coffee, milk and biscuits for your arrival. One well behaved dog is allowed by prior arrangement. The space Little Garden Cottage is self contained accommodation, all on one level, in the grounds of our home. The cottage has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable and attractive place for guests to relax and get away from it all. It is approached through a shared gateway and drive leading to your own space(s) to park and your own entrance. There is a private patio area to enjoy outside eating. Please see the photos to understand the layout. The front door opens into the large and airy open plan kitchen/dining area and comfy sitting room with views over the garden and the countryside. The kitchen is conveniently kitted out with a new fridge ( with freezer compartment) and new induction hob and oven. There is an EV charger which is available for guests with electric cars. Other things to note We have 2 cats who may say hello in the grounds. They are not allowed in the guest cottage however. We also have a 2 year old Chocolate Labrador. We are more than happy to welcome one well behaved dog, by prior arrangement. There is no charge for dogs. We ask that dogs are not allowed in the bedroom and flea treatment must be up to date. We provide treats, dog bowls, doggie bags and dog towels. There are close walks nearby which you can reach by foot and the front garden is good for quick toilet trips. The garden is not escape proof however! The EV charger is available for guests at an extra daily rate. Please enquire for full details.
