Our beautiful condo is located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge and just steps away from the city's most popular attractions and destinations. It features a stunning city view. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the living room is cozy. The couches in the living room also convert into comfortable double sofa beds. Must be twenty years or older to book. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends, families, and those in town for business. The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day sightseeing or working. The bedroom has a queen bed. The den (2nd bedroom) also has a queen bed. The living room includes two couches that turn into a comfortable modern sofa bed. I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that! The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. High-speed WIFI is included in the unit as well as TV. Looking forward to hosting you! Other things to note * There is no free parking included in this unit but there is a secured underground paid parking with 24/7 parking across the street for 20-30 dollars a day. * There is no door for the 2nd queen bed in the common area. * The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level. * Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date. * For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.
