This condo 1 of 3 on the property - located on the top floor with nobody above. *While staying on the beach or in a beach city penthouse has its perks, it also comes with the possibility of neighbors or nearby homes/businesses choosing to renovate/upgrade/add or remove parts of their property which can result in daytime noise or a construction-looking site.
