The sunsets and sunrises over the mountains are picture-perfect. The space The bedroom includes a private bathroom inside. It has mountain views, you'll enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ON OR NEAR THE PROPERTY. If I suspect drug use or smoking AIRBNB will be contact to ask you to evacuate the premise without a refund. Guest access You have access to the laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. There's a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the laundry room. You can store your food and beverages if you like. During your stay I'll be in my home most of the time. You'll most likely see me or my partner during your stay. We have two small baby Frenchies and a senior Pomeranian. They are super friendly and will most likely bark for your attention otherwise they are quiet. Please inform me of your arrival 10 minutes before so I can put them in their room. Other things to note The front door is a keyless entry. You'll have to download the KEVO app to have access. Please ensure Bluetooth, location, and Wi-Fi are always on to access the door. If you have an android phone, you may have issues with the app. In case the keyless entry is not working on your phone, we have a lockbox with a physical key. Please ensure the key remains in the box at all times, and it's only used to open and close the door. Shoes off in the house at all times. The room is located upstairs across from laundry room.
