Located in the city center, on a very quiet street in Corbeil-Essonnes, Maison Antoinette is ideal for all your tourist or professional stays, weekends, weeks or months. Bright and full of charm, the house offers 80 m² of beautiful ceiling height, an east/west cross-section, a wooden staircase, a parquet bedroom, as well as several outdoor spaces to enjoy all year round. The space On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, toilet, living room (living room, dining area, office area) On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, balcony-loggia Outdoor area: entrance porch and terrace on the street side secured by a gate, small garden at the back enclosed by walls Basement: 1 garage for the car, or parking on the front terrace Townhouse on one side OPTIONAL SERVICES OFFERED FOR EACH STAY (to be confirmed at the time of booking, then to be paid on site upon arrival): - supply of linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) and bed made on arrival: 20 euros - end of stay cleaning: 40 euros Guest access The house is dedicated to you and privatized during your stay.
