Not suitable for children . No pets and No smoking please. Strictly no parties. Heating is set to 22 degrees. You can lower the temperatures via radiator valves in the flat. The TV operates via an internet connection. We will provide the Wifi details at check in. Although we are very mindful of our guests we recommend earplugs or a white noise machine as you may hear us nextdoor .
