Green River Reservoir 15 minutes. Biking and walking on Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, parking 1.1 mile. Bike rentals available nearby. Bijou Movie theater 1 mile. The space Carpeting in the bedrooms, wood and laminate flooring throughout. No pets. Several air conditioners. Bright and sunny. Guest access Nice level lot with mountain views. Family friendly yard with swing set, fire pit and basketball. Kayaks and bikes are available. One level living. Three steps to enter the home. Three parking spots available in the driveway. We usually live in the lower level and enter our private suite through the side of the garage. Back deck with gas grill and retractable awning. Fully applianced kitchen. Toys, books, movies, board games and a 10 in one game table are available. Other things to note Owner occupied in lower level private suite. No pets, no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Candles are only allowed in the fireplace. The fireplace is not set up for other fires. Only use the Electric Fireplace when you are using the room it is in. Please unplug the electric fireplace when you are not using it. We will remove over 4" of snow. Shovels and salt will be available in the garage.
