Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, including the game room, backyard, and all amenities. While the garage is available for storage, we kindly ask guests not to park inside. Parking is provided in the single-car driveway, with plenty of free street parking available nearby. Other things to note - Hot Tub Rules: Please rinse off before entering. No mud, oils, lotions, or bubble baths allowed. This is a spa-grade hot tub (not a jacuzzi bathtub). If extra maintenance is needed due to misuse, charges will apply at the rate of what our vendor will charge us. Photos of the hot tub are taken before and after each party for quality control. - Grill Cleaning: Guests must clean the charcoal grill after use. Our cleaners do not handle grill maintenance. Please note that charcoal aren't provided. - Security Cameras: 4 exterior cameras and 1 Ring doorball are installed around the property perimeter for guest safety. No interior surveillance. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud music, parties, or disturbances. - Not Childproof: The property is not childproof. Please supervise children at all times. - Bugs/Insects: As common in Colorado, occasional bugs (ants, spiders, mosquitoes) may be present despite our monthly pest service (Terminix). No refunds for pests found indoors or outdoors. - Charcoal & Firewood: We do not provide charcoal or firewood. Guests may find leftovers from prior guests but should plan to bring their own. - Pet Policy: • Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up after (indoors and outdoors). • No pets on furniture. • Try to keep pets upstairs where flooring is not carpeted. • Extra cleaning fees apply if additional cleaning is needed due to pets. • Regular cleaning fees do not cover pet waste removal.
