High speed internet paired with smart TVs in all rooms. Attention for Large Groups: Both Kiwanie Lodge units can be rented together when available. The space Kiwanie Lodge West is an 1,110 square foot condominium with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large master bathroom is upstairs while the smaller second bathroom is downstairs. As this is a duplex style cabin, it shares a wall with its adjacent unit Kiwanie Lodge East. Accommodations also include full kitchen, spices, cooking oil, paper products, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and a mini bar for storing beverages. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart tv. Guest access Our front doors are controlled by smart locks. You will be provided a code to use for access prior to arrival and after your rental agreement is signed. Other things to note Remember to bring charcoal if you would like to grill. Also don't forget you fishing gear and fishing license if you would like to fish. The game warden does not patrol our lake often but it does fall under their jurisdiction and they often check for licenses. We suggest buying bait before coming in to town as we cannot guarantee availability locally. We also suggest purchasing firewood ahead of time as well.
