The space This 33 m² apartment features a small speaker area and a full bathroom. It includes a TV and Wi-Fi. The space is pleasant and comfortable. Two windows overlook the town's main square, a lively spot (town festival in early July). Free parking is available 1 minute from the apartment. Guest access The room has a separate entrance from the rest of my house, with its own key. It's accessed from the street without having to go through the entire house, thus providing greater privacy for guests. However, I am usually available for anything you might need in the other part of the house. Garden: (Currently closed until further notice due to renovations inside the house) Other things to note Washing machine available. Kitchen equipped with basic items: oil, sugar, spices, coffee maker, dishes, and basic utensils. There is a small clothesline for hanging wet clothes to the right of the room as you face the entrance. Hangers can be used to hang clothes if there isn't enough space for a large load.
