Toulouse, bright and cozy apartment
Description
Very bright and comfortable apartment, 10 min walk to the city center and metro, but in a quiet area. King size bed (160 x 200) very thick for fabulous nights and in the living room, a video projector (2 m projected screen). Very easy to access with subways and buses from the train station and airport, close to many shops, open-air markets, restaurants, bars... Cats or dogs are welcome if they are quiet and do not cause any trouble. The space The accommodation is old (1960s), but spacious and comfortable. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room and bedroom (the other bedroom will be closed because it is my partner's workspace). Our cat Igor, who is mentioned in all the reviews, will not be with you because he must now accompany us on vacation because of his medical treatment. We do not have a TV but a cinema system (a video projector projecting a 2-meter screen) and a computer with many movies and series. There is a balcony with a table and two chairs ideal for breakfast or an aperitif. The surroundings are clear and you can see a very beautiful sunset over the Saint-Étienne Cathedral. As this is our accommodation, there are all the amenities you need for your stay (saucepan, frying pan, stove, kettle, dishes...). We will leave coffee, tea and basic products at your disposal (dishwashing liquid, sponges, salt, pepper, spices, oils, vinegar, soy sauce...). The street is not very busy, quiet, but there are trains that pass below, fortunately the noise is stopped by the double glazing. The room is quiet because it overlooks the garden. The bed is very comfortable with its large thick mattress and high bed base. If you'd like to bring a baby, it's possible to put a baby bed (not provided). A third person can be accommodated on the 1-seater sofa which is very comfortable too (ask me). Guest access Entire property except the second bedroom Registration Details 315550061994D
