Two bedroom house (3 if you bring blowup mattress) near to Alexandria Bay without being in the busy village. Walking distance (.9 miles) to Village Main Street, dining & shopping. Minutes to park public pool (admission provided). Come home after sight seeing to sit in yard or on covered porch. Serve up dinner in spacious kitchen & dining room. For boaters, public ramp 3/4 mile away, park boat in your yard. Bedrooms are adequate but not over sized. There is a half bath upstairs. Downstairs there is one bathroom with vanity and stand up shower. Another, recently added bathroom has vanity and tub/shower. Spacious kitchen and dining room enhance inside dining. Stairs to second floor are steep so take care. Plenty of outdoor space for sitting and relaxing. Small fire pit for s'mores. 50" OLED Smart TV w/Netflix & Roku is in Living room on a swivel. Also Chromecast enabled to stream from your device. Good wireless internet. Not a bad sound system either. Old part of basement (hot water heater and furnace). "New" basement will have outdoor stuff like chairs and fire pit. Double door access to store anything you bring. Also a "cool" place to sit. I am available with a days notice. I'm about an hour away. House sits in between busy Route 12 and quiet Otter Street. Commercial printing business sits on one side and a single family home on the other. Across the street is a hill with no structures. Walk into village via Otter Street and then sidewalks or down to sidewalk on other side of printing business and sidewalks all the way into town. Two car area on Otter Street with off street parking in yard (limited). I'm a dog lover and always wished I had more opportunities to travel with mine so I'm making this open for dogs to stay. Sorry, no cats, both my son and I are allergic, and we'll know right away if a cat has visited. I'll leave a shovel around to help clean up after their business. Don't make me regret this decision!!!
