Welcome to this 73 m2 rebuilt house (entirely made of stone) using the foundation of my grand-grandfather's house which has been there for over 100 years. It is situated a few hundred meters from the breathtaking Triopetra beach and just 10-15 minutes away from the stunning Agios Pavlos Sand-Dunes beach and Ligres beach where guests can taste traditional dishes, enjoy peacefulness & relaxation under the warm Cretan sun, swim in crystal-clear waters and create unforgettable memories. The space Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun-drenched front patio, or escape the heat on the naturally shaded back patio. In the afternoon, the roles reverse: the front cools down in the shade, while the backyard catches the sun—perfect for lounging on the sunbeds. Property layout: Indoors: - Living room with a sofa (which can be converted into a double bed), a 43'' smart TV, and a ground fan. - Bedroom with a Queen-sized double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), a wardrobe and A/C. - Fully equipped open plan kitchen & dining table for four. - Bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. (Kitchen essentials, basic soaps, cleaning products, and toilet paper are included in the price. A ground fan is also available.) Outdoors: - Front patio with a small table for two. - Back patio with a dining table for four and 2 sun-loungers. Guest access Guest have full access to the property, indoors & outdoors. Other things to note Additional information & services: 1) For long stays, 15+ days, a cleaning service in the middle of the stay will be offered WITHOUT an extra charge. 2) AC/Satellite television channels/ Smart TV/Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, bed-sheets & towels, and more. Triopetra is NOT connected to any bus transportation network in Crete, therefore the guests should keep in mind renting a car is mandatory! Occasional strong winds will give you trouble if you decide to rent a scooter or even a motorcycle.
