The house is in the heart of H.S.R layout. An area with all the amenities, cafe, bars and not yet touched by the crazy traffic of Bangalore. You will be staying in a quiet lane but will be a stone's throw away from everything. Equally close to Electronic city and Koramangala. Thirty to forty minutes drive from Indiranagar, Brigade and M.G Road ( Hub of other places to chill out) The space This is a 3 bedroom fully furnished house of which 2 air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st Floor will be available to you. You will share the house with the 3rd bedroom's (2nd Floor) occupant and/or me. Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom. Features a king-size bed, side tables, a study table with drawers, a chair, a wardrobe with a safe and hangers, and a reclining chair with a footrest and a 50-inch smart TV. -Your room is on the 1st floor and has a small balcony where you can smoke. Bedroom 2: Features a queen size bed, side table, study table, a chair, and a wardrobe with a safe and hangers and a 40-inch smart TV with free access to Netflix and Prime video. We provide fresh bed linen, pillows, and a duvet in each bedroom. All Bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom: Western Toilet, Sink & Shower with 24*7 hot water. All study tables have Ethernet points for the superfast internet. We provide fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, and liquid hand wash. Terrace: You can use the terrace on the 2nd Floor to chill and to smoke. ( The housekeeper's room is also on the terrace) Kitchen: A fully equipped and functional kitchen -We have a top-of-the-line UV+RO filtration system for drinking water. -The kitchen has a four-burner cooktop, microwave oven, cold pressed juicer, electric kettle, mixer/grinder, toaster/sandwich griller, and a 2-door refrigerator. -We also have all cooking utensils, eating plates, saucers, and serving utensils. -Also available are drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups, old-fashioned glasses, and red and white wine glasses. Living Room: A cool chill-out place with a Bluetooth speaker and a 49-inch TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos and Music. There are some board games and books in the common area as well which you are free to use. Power Backup: We have an inverter to keep the lights on during the city's power cuts. Security: - The housekeeper stays on the property on the terrace. - The outside of the house, the terrace, and the stairwell are under CCTV surveillance. Other things to note: - Both your bedrooms are on the 1st floor. -The room on the 2nd floor is occupied by me and my guests. Guest access Apart from the bedrooms, you will have shared access to the living area, kitchen/dining area, and the terrace. During your stay I am not available in person but am always available on call, message or Whatsapp (preferred) to answer any of your queries or help you with suggestions on things to do in Bangalore. Other things to note - Pls, don't play music too loud so as to not disturb the neighbours. - Non-guests are not allowed on the property. -Smoking isn't allowed in the bedrooms, living room, or dining rooms -We segregate our waste as per Govt. norms. So pls follow the instruction pamphlet kept on your study table. Pls, use the perforated black dustbins in the rooms and common area only for dry waste. The dustbins in the bathrooms should be used only for reject waste. Put wet/organic waste only in the kitchen. -If you need to check in / check out late / early please let me know. I will try to accommodate your request if we don't have other reservations. - We need to take a copy of any govt id of all the guests as per Govt. regulations. If you are a non-resident of India, please let us take a copy of your passport. Foreign Nationals will also have to fill out another form required by Foreign Registrations Office - The room is cleaned before you check in and provided with fresh linens and towels. If you are staying for multiple days, further cleaning and providing linens and towels will be done on request. - The housekeeper stays on the property in a room on the terrace. - During power cuts, the geysers, pressure pump, washing machine, microwave, and chimney won't function -The outside of the house, the terrace, and the stairwell are under CCTV surveillance. - We give a set of 1 room key & 1 house key per room.
